Lunch at Deluxcious with my ex-colleagues...

8 months in Intel, believe it or not, this is the second time i've ever gone to a decent lunch, first was with my boss, she treat me to McD and this is the 2nd time me going out to lolunch after so long...believe it or not.. haha... even when i was in Dell(due to stupidly arranged lunch time by my bloody hell team leader....anyways, she have left Dell, damnit.. should have left earlier that bitch!), my daily routine on lunch time is to go home to play with Jacky boy, to take a nap, or just sit in front of the pc playing games or browsing thru things online.... so yesterday, it's Friday, so what's good in Intel is, on Fridays, we have 2 hours lunch.... so i meet up with my ex-colleagues, Selin n Bobo for lunch.. both me n Selin went from Bayan Lepas, Selin went to fetch Bobo as she did not drive that day, so we went to Deluxcious(they serve fusion.. i suppose.. hehe) which is opposite the KWSP building.... arrived pretty late as Selin made the wrong turning when she wanted to go fetch Bobo, so i arrived first.

Introducing, Deluxcious.... look, that's my car.. haha... while waiting for them to arrive, i took few pics in front of the place... so, that's the signboard, the building, the entrance... and that's the menu... hehe

so, not wasting anymore time, we ordered our food n took a lot of pics.... this is us with out cauliflower cream soup with hot buns... the soup was pretty good although i wasn't pretty kee when i heard cauliflower.. haha.. never had one before mah(so jakun hor me....).......we get to choose between soup of the day n something else, i couldn't remember.. darn! i'm so forgetful! oh.. i remember.. we get to choose between soup or garden salad.. hehehe..we ordered set lunch..

So that's me with my dunno what Chicken in black pepper sauce with some brocolli, french beans and pea sprouts and fries. The whole set consist the main course, the soup n bun, coffee and dessert which is the ice cream top on some cake thingy... i can't remember what it's called also... i'm getting old! so one set is RM16.90 and it's nett. No extra charges like tax n service charge. i guess it was included.. so it's kinda reasonable.. portion is small though.... for me, i'll rate them 7/10, maybe mostly because of the clean n quiet environment, n friendly service. food was just okay.

Selin with her fish n chip with fresh garden salad topped with thousand island sauce and fries. the salad was nicely tossed, not bad.. also RM16.90

Bobo with her tempura chicken with black pepper sauce.. kinda same with mine.. just that mine was bake n grilled, her was dipped in tempura flour and fried. side dishes was same with mine, the vege n fries... somehow, her dessert was different....me n Selin finished our food first so i dessert came first. we got the same one. Bobo finished later n got a different dessert. her's is also RM16.90

Deluxcious address stated pretty clearly here with contact number.. hehehe... they have spa on the upstairs of the building, we didn't go up n have a look as we were running out of time. but i might consider spa one day.. haha... they left gave us a brochure each, and according to one of the lady, not sure if she's the manager or boss.. she said that they renovated the whole place upstairs(she told me the size of the place but i can't remember, somehting like 6000sft, i remember there's a 6) and the renovation is a major one cost them RM1mil.

Spa Treament, Massage, Scrubs, Body wraps, Facial, Slimming, Hair removal, pigmentation treatment, Manicure & Pedicure, waxing n makeup service.

Anyways, we left there at 10 minutes before 2. have to fetch Bobo to jetty as she wanted to go back to the Butterworth HSBC branch, so guess what, haha... despite the 2 hours we get, it was not enough.. we were slightly late due to jam. surprisingly, the parking lot was not fully occupied when i reach work.. haha... and i reach office the same time with Selin.. she IM me when she reach n that was the time i just land my ass on my chair.. haha... so we resume work... n before we knew it, it's 5:3opm, it's balik rumah time and it's weekend again! yay!! me going pc fair later.. will blog about it..maybe.. hahaha..
