Update: SC's life

Hi people!! It's been so long since I've written an entry in the blog. I am sorry, and u guys really have to forgive me coz' it's been a really busy term. I was away to Toronto in July for my elective, and was worked to my bones!! Spent another month back in KL, but during that time, was attached to Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Had some stuff to take care of as well. Anyways, I spent the Christmas this year in London. Luckily it isn't so boring and lonely coz' my sis's here! She's working in a hospital in North London, so we've been living together for abt 5 months now. As for my life... hmm... it's very routine, but there's been a lot of unexpected events in my life lately, more than before. People stumbling in and out of my life, less time for the people around me, and much less time for myself. I am currently in my final year, and well, my new year resolution is to take medicine more seriously, pass my finals, and finally, work!

Christmas in London-gosh, I should've taken pics. Well, we went shopping today and guess what? There's this 2-hour queue to buy Gucci! And everyone had to queue up outside the store in the cold! I think people are crazy! London's packed with people during Christmas. It is a really vibrant city during Christmas, with lights decorating the street, a shopping haven for shopaholics (like my sis), great food, and it's great if you are on a holiday. Living in the city itself is very draining. Too huge a crowd, all the year through. It does get a bit tiring after a while. Otherwise, life is good. :) No complaints. Xmas Eve Lunch at Queensbay's TGIF

May came over for window shopping trip n to have lunch.... cos everyone was busy, so left us both only ler.. so here are some pics taken... all food only... no pics of us.. haha.. cos only us both... takkan i take u, u take me meh.. no stim... hahaha.. SO.. where did we eat.. TGI Friday's... a lot of ppl actually complained on the bad service there... well.. actually me n may also encounter long wait for our food to arrive... but nvm... at least we still get to eat.... haha.. so we did not complained much...

Our drinks.... the name is November Sea Breeze something something.. just cannot recall ler... it's a mix of apple, cranberry n lime juice...

the fishermans' platter.... batter deep fried shrimps, squids, fish, bacon-like thingy, and fries with dippings and coleslaw... and lemon wedges....

Chicken something Diablo.... it's basiclly pasta chicken, tomatoes, prawns with sauce+herbs n spices

After few hours of shopping done, we met up with LB and went to.... jeng jeng jeng...

Dinner at Motomiya 16th Dec 2006

Here are some pics taken during dinner at Motomiya Tmn Sejati.... me, May, Ling and Memek went for dinner.... yes.. only 4 of us.. cos Amelia n Goh got family dinner, Hu Nee went to future-grandad-in-law's bday and LB cannot join us cos she came back pg in the afternoon that day. So left us only.. the 3 tham jiak-s.... trying to decide where to eat and ended up here n ordering the biggest personal bento and did not finish it... hahaha.... we reached first n start ordering withouth waiting for memek cos we were just too hungry.. haha.... when memek reached, she just order whatever we eat without looking at the menu... haha... she did not finish hers either... and we met Chee Wei there... pranking him into footing our bill... tat si gi na tell the waitress he dunno us.. we're not his fren or something.. so kurang asam!

We ate all of these.... per person...haha... japanese fried rice that comes in set with chawanmushi, miso soup, 1 scoop of mashed potato, tempura dory fish, ebi (prawn), brinjal, ladies finger and sweet potato, some cold vegetables garnished with nori strips, 3 pieces of sushi (salmon, tuna n squid) and one roll of maki that cuts into small 6 pieces (salmon and tuna).. a lot eh.. and 3 of us.. before memek arrive, have taken the Motomiya hand roll each (top left pic)...

of course did not missed out photos sessions before footing the bill....

Our shopping/dinner trip at Queensbay

After so so so long of not blogging, here I am sharing some new updates.. since I’m now still free… haha.. better blog up the latest stuffs else I’m gonna get very busy soon n forget all about it… or will never actually have time for it! Anyways, to ur latest update, I am now going into the 3rd week back in Dell… yea yea… I have left banking job again for Dell.. just like I did previously to HSBC.. muahaha… okok… so it has been what… ½ years since I last blogged? Hehe… I have actually missed out blogging the entire episode of my life in UOB.. muahaha.. hopefully one day I can rajin-ly resize the pics I took with my bunch of ex-colleagues….

So, it’s the end of the year again!! And this year.. lesser ppl here now, since that En has gone to the States, SC decided not to come back this year.. so is Janice… Melia’s back but also with hectic schedule…. Goh is so busy either with her company’s stuffs or family… Lb is also busy with her stuffs.. haih.. Ai ling also with her job and her stuffs…Hu Nee also I think should be tied up with some stuffs too…May is also busy.. have to help with her bro’s wedding, jaga the shop…. Aileen also decided not to come back this time of the year..she’s in Malacca n very tied up too…Memek is complaining on how busy her job is… I will soon… haha… but currently still okay.. so I can still blog at the moment… did I missed out anyone?

Anyways, there’s a new mall in Penang.. the longest/biggest mall in Penang! Queensbay, Penang! Not many shops/outlets open yet but still a lot of people. Human nature la I guess.. everyone love new things! So we went to Queensbay to meet up for dinner n do some shopping last week… so below are the pics taken by some innocent passer-by-s approach by LB which I would say not very talented la… haha.. cos all our face a bit blur laa… hahaha…..
